Arcadia: July 26. Elevation normal, water 90 and clear. Channel catfish fair on worms at 10 ft. in the mornings around north and central points. Crappie good to excellent on crankbaits and power baits at 5-8 ft. around docks and in the mornings. Report submitted by Linnie Mason, gate attendant.

Hefner: July 26. Elevation above normal, water 88-92 and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and soft jerk baits along weeds and wood early and late. Smallmouth bass fair on Carolina-rigged jigs at 10-15 ft. in rocky areas. White bass good on sassy shad, grubs and crankbaits at 2-10 ft. near surfacing shad. Striped bass hybrids slow on sassy shad, grubs and crankbaits at 2-20 ft. near surfacing shad. Channel catfish fair on cut bait, doughbait, punchbait and slip corking at 12-20 ft. off the dam. Blue catfish slow on cut bait at 20-30 ft. off riprap areas of the dam. Flathead catfish fair on live bait at 10-20 ft. off the dam. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 15-25 ft. off the dam. Walleye fair trolling deep running crankbaits, drifting night crawlers on Lindy Rigs at 15-25 ft. along deep humps on the lake. Sunfish and bluegill good on worms at 2-6 ft. all around the lake.

Overholser: July 25. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal and rising, water 84-88 and murky. Catfish slow to fair on punchbait, liver and worms along riprap off the road on the east and west sides. Report submitted by Joey Rushing, game warden stationed in Oklahoma and Canadian counties.

Chandler: July 25. Elevation normal, water 92 and clear. Channel catfish good on chicken liver, doughbait and stinkbait. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs. Report submitted by Gary Emmons, game warden stationed in Lincoln County.

Copan: July 26. Elevation 2 ft. above normal and dropping, water clear. Crappie fair on jigs at 8-12 ft. near structure in the flooded timber. Channel and blue catfish good on garlic chicken liver and cut shad and on juglines with cut shad and small sunfish. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Eucha: July 28. Elevation 3/4 ft. below normal, water 89 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 10-12 ft. around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits at night. Bluegill good on crickets and worms around grass beds. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.

Ft. Gibson: July 25. Elevation 3 1/2 ft. above normal, water 86 and stained. Largemouth bass fair on buzzbaits and spinnerbaits early and late. Catfish fair on juglines with cut bait and night crawlers. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs under docks and deep brush. White bass fair on rooster tails and small crankbaits while surfacing. Grand: July 26. Elevation normal, water 90 and clear. Largemouth bass good on red worms, red jigs and deep running crankbaits. White bass excellent on slab spoons, rooster tails, grubs and minnows around islands and bridges. Channel, blue and flathead catfish good on nitro worms, shad, shrimp and minnows at 15-20 ft. Crappie good to excellent on minnows and chartreuse jigs at 8-10 ft. around brush piles. Sunfish and bluegill good on crickets and worms. Report submitted by Grand Lake Sport’s Center.

Greenleaf: July 26. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits, crankbaits and jig and worm in creek channels, around rocky points and brush structure. Catfish good on fresh cut bait on bottom near the spillway and in creek channels. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush structure and fishing docks. Hudson: July 26. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 86 and partly murky. Largemouth bass good on plastic baits and spinnerbaits early and late. White bass good on minnows and jigs in upper end of the lake below the dam. Channel and blue catfish good on juglines and trotlines with worms and cut shad. Hulah: July 26. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. above normal and dropping, water clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs in deeper water. Channel and blue catfish good on cut shad below the dam and on juglines. Report submitted by Joe Alexander, game warden stationed in Washington County.

Kaw: July 26. Elevation 5 ft. above normal and dropping, water 91 and muddy. Crappie slow on minnows and jigs at 15-25 ft. under Washunga Bay Bridge. White bass good on crankbaits, shad colored jigs and minnows around Sarge Creek Bridge, Washunga Bay Bridge and trolling sandy flats. Blue catfish excellent on juglines with shad and drift fishing in the Arkansas River and Beaver Creek arms. Channel catfish good on stinkbait, worms and cut bait near rocky banks with quick drop-offs. Flathead catfish fair noodling. White bass, striped bass and striped bass hybrids being caught on bucktails, streamers, sassy shad and drifting live bait below the dam. Blue, channel and flathead catfish good on cut shad, carp, live bluegill, shad and goldfish below the dam. Most anglers are catching shad for bait in the Arkansas River arm on the east bank. Spotted Bass fair on crankbaits at 3-8 ft. on rocky points and chunk rock banks. Report submitted by Spencer Grace, game warden stationed in Kay County.

Lower Illinois: July 26. Elevation normal, water 52 and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures all along the river. White bass fair on jigs at 1-3 ft. all along the river. Striped bass good on shad at 1-2 ft. below Gore Landing. Channel catfish excellent on cut bait on bottom all along the river. Crappie fair on jigs and spinnerbaits at 1-3 ft. all along the river. Trout excellent fly fishing the surface, on rooster tails at 1-3 ft. and on power bait on bottom above Gore Landing.

Oologah: July 25. Elevation 7 ft. above normal and slowly falling, water lower 80s and muddy north and murky on the south end. White bass fair trolling crankbaits at 10-15 ft. on flats near the main lake. Largemouth bass fair on soft plastics around flooded vegetation. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-20 ft. suspended around standing timber. Blue and channel catfish fair on juglines with shad at 15-20 ft on flats near the river channel. Skiatook: July 27. Elevation above normal, water mid 80s and clear. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad at 15-20 ft. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs along creek channels and standing timber. Report submitted by Paul Welch, game warden stationed in Osage County.

Sooner: July 26. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on live shad and slabs. Striped bass good on slabs in deep water. Catfish fair on cut bait and live bait in channels. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.

Spavinaw: July 28. Elevation slightly below normal, water 90 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around the dam area. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.

Tenkiller: July 27. Elevation 2 3/4 ft. above normal, water 89 and clear. Catfish fair on juglines at 20 ft. and on minnows and sunfish. Sunfish good on night crawlers around docks and along gravel shorelines. Report submitted by Monte Brooks, Cookson Village Resort.

Webbers Falls: July 26. Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on crankbaits and spinnerbaits around brush, creek channels and riprap. Catfish good on stinkbaits and fresh cut bait along mudflats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around bridges and brush structure. NORTHWEST

Canton: July 24. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 85 and clear. White bass and striped bass hybrids good drifting shad and slabs near drop-offs. Channel catfish good on shad and small sunfish in upper end of lake. Walleye fair drifting shad, slabs and night crawlers near drop-offs. SOUTHEAST

Arbuckle: July 24. Elevation normal, water mid 80s and clear. Channel catfish being caught on sponge bait and doughbait around baited holes. Crappie being caught on minnows and jigs around marked brush piles and at night. White bass surfacing late evening near dam. Bass hitting spinnerbaits, crankbaits and Carolina-rigged lizards. Broken Bow: July 25. Water mid 80s and clear. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on black plastic baits after dark around points and structure. Catfish good on juglines and trotlines with cut bait. Eufaula: July 25. Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water 84 and clear in the east and murky in the west. Largemouth bass fair on Carolina-rigged plastic baits around deeper points. White bass good on crankbaits trolling points and shallow flats early and late. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 8-20 ft. around bridges and standing timber. Konawa: July 26. Elevation normal, water 95 and clear. Largemouth bass good on topwater lures and crankbaits at 5-10 ft. in coves around schooling bass early and late. McGee Creek: July 25. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 86 and clear. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 12-20 ft. around cedar brush off main creek channels. Largemouth bass fair on dark colored soft plastic lures and topwater lures early and late in shallow water; schooling bass biting on topwater baits in open water. White bass fair on sassy shad and topwater baits around open points. Channel catfish fair on juglines and trotlines with live bait. Robert S. Kerr: July 27. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 87 and murky. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around submerged brush piles. Report submitted by Leland Sockey, game warden stationed in Haskell County.

Sardis: July 25. Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water murky. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits, swim baits, plastic worms and plastic frogs in deep water midday, shallow water in the afternoons and early. Channel catfish fair to good on cut bait with juglines, trotlines and rod and reel. Crappie fair to good on minnows and jigs at 12-15 ft. Texoma: July 25. Elevation 1 ft. above normal and generating on both units, water 86 and murky. Largemouth and smallmouth bass good on plastic combination bait and deep diving crankbaits and some surface lures at 5-15 ft. in creek channels and around riprap. Striped and white bass good on live bait, sassy shad, and some surface lures at 5-25 ft. from Platter Flats to the south and west. Channel and blue catfish good on live bait, worms and stinkbait at 5-15 ft. Crappie fair to good on minnows at 5-15 ft. around the fish attractors. Wister: July 25. Elevation normal, water 84 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on topwater baits, worms and jigs early and late. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around structure early and late. Waurika: July 27. Elevation 1/3 ft. above normal with flood gates open 1/2 ft., water 86-88 and murky to muddy. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair trolling crankbaits early and late and on crankbaits and jigs when breaking the surface early and late. Blue catfish slow to fair on cut shad and stinkbait around rocks and along windy shorelines and on juglines and trotlines in the main lake.
