		<description>No problem with the wolf hunt here in fact its good to see the management. My problem is with offering non resident licenses. The only time a non resident wolf hunting license should be offered is when there are licenses leftover from the quota that havent been purchased. Let the residents, the ones who have helped the wolves recover, manage them first before non residents.</description>
