DNRE Enters Agreement With Quality Deer Management Association

The Department of Natural Resources and Environment has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the Quality Deer Management Association and its Michigan chapters and branches establishing a framework for cooperation on mutually beneficial projects and activities that maintain and enhance the state’s natural resources. The MOU states that the parties will cooperate and execute agreed upon projects and research efforts regarding habitat, education and management following the guidelines of the soon-to-be-released Michigan Strategic Deer Management Plan.
